Alternate Plot - Everything would stay the same except it would be more based around the nobles and the court. There could still be farmers, peasants, etc but I think the beast would be less of a monster and more of a man/woman who spread nasty rumors, vandalized things, and just created some chaos. There could be more than one person involved in these acts of rebellion. There would be no one spared. The "beast" could be a noble or peasant.
Or I could just keep everything the same. I think it would be easier to focus more on the goings on of Solraya than to complicate things by adding in the other plot elements such as Avonderre and the teeth and the beast. I think there is just a lot going on and we could simplify it to attract more members who aren't looking for such a complicated plot. And then more people could be involved and since there is just going to be Solraya, it would lead to more plotting opportunities since you wouldn't have characters living all over.
What do you guys think?

Well I like both ideas, I don't care which one you use, but since my only character is in Avonderre at the moment, I need to say something.
What would happen if everything else disappeared? Would everything just take place in Sol for the moment and would Laeghton lose his title, etc etc?

Everything would take place in Sol and no one would lost titles, occupations, etc. They would just be switched to Sol. So if someone was a lord in Avonderre, they would now be a lord in Sol.

I'll be the devil's advocate. I like having multiple arenas to play in. Having three different arenas (Tyrian, Sol, Avonderre) provides for three different cultures, three different sets of rules, and provides for more interesting character interactions. Two people from Sol are going to react very differently than a Tyrian character and an Avonderre character for example. Having the different cultures can sometimes create better plotting opportunities than having a homogeneous population.
That being said, part of what makes having different areas/factions/cliques/etc. in any roleplaying forum is that without fail, the balance is shifted heavily toward one side. I can't tell you how many boards I have been on that have been male heavy, or evil heavy, or good heavy for that matter. I think that in order to maintain a board that has different factions/places/cliques/etc, there has to be some kind of a balance maintained. For example, when I made my characters, I alternated male and female because we were balanced fairly well in that respect. If there was a way to ensure balance, even something as simple as a counter somewhere that said how many characters from each area there are, it would be easier to maintain several areas.
I don't know if that made sense outside my head, but yeah lol.

You make great points! I agree but now most characters are residents of Sol anyway. I'm trying to figure out the codes and plug-ins and whatnot to get side boards to put that kind of information in there. I'm just thinking of ways to get more members. I know I've overlooked sites because there is simply too much going on just as I've passed on sites with not enough boards. If you guys don't want the change then we'll keep everything the same. I just didn't know if you guys wanted a completely fresh start or if you liked things the way they were (:

I must agree with Rylah. Though it does need to be balanced, I'd like to keep all three realms. I think you could even, if you wanted to focus on the courts and nobility, even have three separate royal households? Just a thought.

I'm thirding Rylah's idea. I really think keeping the three countries would be for the best so there can be more culture and more ideas that could happen. Like if Tyrian were to attack Sol, then word can be sent to Laeghton in Avonderre, etc etc.
I dont know if I make any sense, but just know I'm agreeing with Rylah and Fliky.

Alrighty! Everything will be kept the same then. I might just make a couple tweaks to the existing plot but it won't be anything major. I'll also be redoing all the claims too so just everyone keep an eye out for that (: Thanks again!
